The highest peak of this park is 1165 meters. There are 12 rivers flowing across the plain area. The prominent among them Budhabalanga river, Kharkai river,& Deo river. The prominent waterfalls are Joradha 181 meters, Barhai 217 meters.
A total of 42 type species of mammals, 242species of birds, and 30 species of reptiles have been recorded in Similipal National Park.
The major mammals include tiger, leopard, Asian elephant, sambar, barking deer, gaur, jungle cat, wild boar, giant squirrel, common langur, and are found in this national park. Shmilipala is located Near about 200Km from Bhubaneswar.

Chilika Wildlife Sanctuary lake is a brackish water lagoon spread over Puri, Khordha & Ganjam districts of Odisha state.On the east coast of India. Chilika is situated at the mouth of the Daya River flowing into the Bay of Bengal. Its total covering area is 1100 square km.
It is the biggest lake in India. It is the largest saltwater lake in India.The lake is an ecosystem with large fishery resources. It sustains more than 1,50,000 fisherfolk living in 132 villages on the shore of the island. In 1981, Chilika lake was distinguished as the first Indian wetland of international importance under the
Ramsar Convention.

3. Nandankana Zoological
Park:-
NandankanaZoological Park is the first zoo in India, with a white tiger safari. This park is 437 hector of the zoo and botanical garden in Bhubaneswar., Odisha. This zoo was established in 1960. It was opened to the public in 1979.
Nandankana means the garden of Heaven.The zoo is home to about 3517 individual animals representing 166 species, including 67 species of mammals, 81 species of birds, and 18 species of reptiles.
Nandankana is the first zoo in the world to breed white tigers and Melanistic tigers. Nandankana is the only conservation breeding centre for Indian Pangolins in the world.
Nandankana is the only zoological park in India to become an institutional member
